Rob is the co-founder and former principal of the Urban Assembly School for Emergency Management, a NYC public high school across the street from Gotham Park. Rob saw the park sitting closed and unused daily for the decade that he greeted students for the school day. Coupled with being a lifelong skateboarder, Rob joined the Gotham Park board to help restore the park to its potential as a world class public space open to everyone, especially New Yorkers.
