Vic is a born and raised New Yorker with the tenacious spirit needed to make an impact on the city she loves through her work at Welcome to Chinatown. She joined the Gotham Park board because she believes in its vision to improve the quality of life for New Yorkers, and in particular Lower Manhattan residents, while creating a legendary green space that encompasses recreation, art, culture, and history.
